GN-MR150 Hot Rolling Calender is a 150mm width ( 6") precision electric rolling press with a compact body. It is an ideal rolling press for adjusting thickness and increasing active material density of the electrodes in Li-ion batteries research after coating and drying.
Structure Heavy duty steel frame, gears and handle Roller size: 150mm width x 94mm dia ( dual rollers),  made from hardened tool steel (RC > 60) with Cr electroplated coating Dual micrometer for accurate thickness adjustment in the range  0 - 1.5  mm Built in tool box for easy operation & safety barricades (infront and behind rollers) minimize injury during operations
