Lithium Ion Battery Vacuum Oven
Description of automatic control: PLC type oven realizes the following control: closing the door-starting automatically-the program is automatically executed as follows: 1. evacuation (pressure switch controls vacuum degree)-2. nitrogen filling (pressure switch controls vacuum degree)-heating to set Temperature-constant temperature (time can be set)-3 time to cycle vacuum (time control)-4. Nitrogen filling (pressure switch to control the degree of vacuum)-5. hold (time control)-3 to 5 cycle (total time control) -Cooling (vacuum maintenance, automatic start below the setting, stop above the setting) without manual operation every time. (Note, this function can exclude moisture and other inside the battery)
This series of vacuum drying oven is specially designed for the production process of lithium battery industry. The temperature range, the degree of vacuum, and the size of the working room and the height of the interlayer all meet the needs of the lithium battery industry to the greatest extent. There are three chambers in total, each of which is independently controlled, with independent temperature control and no interference with each other.
