Equipment function: The GN-360S is an all-in-one machine with a variety of coating options to meet different coating process needs. It is mainly used for the surface coating process for lithium battery Cathode and Anode, and it is an experimental coating equipment with high precision and stability. The device can realize two methods of slot die extrusion coating and comma bar coating by switching the coating mode and the coating head assembly,continuous coating and intermittent coating can be achieved. Reserve test communication interface or test system with thickness/surface density; Electrode tension control, constant tension unwinding, constant tension coating, drying; System parameters are centrally controlled, the man-machine interface adopts touch screen and keystroke mode, and hierarchical control, and process parameters can be locked, stored and called.
Modular structure can achieve two different coating methods
1. Comma bar coating method
1) Continuously coating is ok, and its with a wider coating window;
2)Use comma bar with precision adjustment mechanism and micrometer to achieve thickness adjustment;
3) Feeding with trough;
2. Slot die coating method
1) Coating valve cooperating with die gasket, user can achieve continuous coating,intermittent
coating, Strip coating, grip coating, etc;
2) Metering pump feeding, slurry closed operation, user can adjust the feeding amount according to the coating speed;
3) Slot die coating with high coating precision and good coating consistency;
3 .System control
1) The system uses EtherCAT bus control;
2) Substrate closed-loop tension control;
3) Equipped with infrared, unwinding correction, winding correction, and high correction precision;
4) Baking method, hot air oven, hot air circulation, air blowing up, user can get good dry effect;
