This equipment is suitable for the stacking process of lithium-ion battery electrode pieces. The equipment adopts a tension roller structure design, automatic constant tension control of the coil isolation film, and the motor drives the left and right movement to realize the Z stackcing. In this way, the entire cell stacking is realized assemble, the separator discharge adopts constant tension, and there is automatic correction function of the electrode piece during the discharge process, and the discharge is neat and consistent; it has the characteristics of high efficiency and high precision. Different electrode piece sizes can be realized by adjusting the fixture, which is suitable for R&D and sample production of stacking process lithium-ion batteries.
