Battery Machine Semi-Automatic Cylinder Cell Winding Machine

This machine is mainly used for precision winding of 18650,21700,32650 batteries. The working process is as follows: the positive and negative plates are manually introduced into the winding part, stacked with the separator, and wound according to the process requirements, the termination tape is automatically attached, and the battery core is automatically discharged.

1. Adopt single winding needle structure, the diameter of the winding needle can be replaced.
2. Manual introduction of pole piece, automatic winding, automatic needle change, automatic tape termination and automatic blanking;
3. The glue application position can be accurately controlled without tightening the battery core; the glue application is stable and reliable;
4. The winding needle winding adopts the latest original variable-angle speed rotation technology, so that the linear velocity of the diaphragm and pole piece feed is relatively constant, that is, the purpose of constant tension during the winding process is achieved, and the winding of the battery core is neat and consistent.
