1. This equipment is mainly suitable for the top-side sealing of small and
medium-sized soft-packed lithium-ion batteries, standing still after liquid injection,
vacuuming, hot pressing packaging and other processes;
2. The head is made of copper material, which has good heat transfer effect, saves
electricity consumption, improves work efficiency, and saves energy compared with
similar products;
3. The pressure of the upper head can be adjusted by a pressure regulating valve to
achieve different process parameter requirements;
4. The upper head is driven by a cylinder and guided by two linear guide sleeves,
which can move up and down flexibly, and the guidance is accurate to ensure the
parallelism requirements of the product after edge sealing;
5. The cover cavity is driven by an air cylinder and guided by a linear guide
sleeve, which can move up and down flexibly, and the guide is accurate to ensure the
product tightness requirements;
6. Split design, the main body can be placed in an ordinary glove box and used
outside the control box;
7. When using in the glove box, it is recommended to use inert gas to prevent
contamination of the glove box;
