Product Description

This equipment can be used for the cylindrical lithium battery grooving process. The grooving process is controlled by the touch screen, the servo motor cooperates with the action, the motor has a high-speed operation of the motive body, the cylindrical case is uniformly grooved automatically. It is used for grooving various cylindrical cases including CR123,18650,21700, 26650, 32650 and AA. 
 

Main Features

1. Mainly used for rolling grooves and glue coating of cylindrical lithium batteries
2. Three-phase motor is used as power, linear trough, magnetic bar is arranged to receive and discharge battery
3. The bottom of the battery is positioned at the bottom of the shell, the forming accuracy of the pit is high, and the battery has high consistency after sealing.
4. The grooved precision groove groove is not affected by the pressure change, and the micrometer adjusts the groove depth and height.
5. Precision glue pump, stainless steel glue bucket, uniform, clean and stable glue, can effectively improve battery sealing performance;
6. After adding the mat and then rolling the groove, effectively increase the space inside the battery.
