Automatic Stacking Machine for Pouch Cell Battery Equipments Production Line
This device uses the manipulator left and right to move, in the two poles limit to pick up the electrode material, in the middle position alternately put the materials to stack, and simultaneously completes the Z-shaped folding of separator during the left and right movement. So back and forth to finish the entire core's stacking and assembling.The manipulator adopts linear servo motion module achieving high speed, smooth and accuracy.Separator put materials with constant tension, and in the process of putting materials, there is a correction mechanism to control the neatly consistent discharge. The electrode silo adopts linear servo motion module to convert different electrode sheets.
1.1 Cathode Inputting Part: Putting cathode electrode in the box by manual, the box has mechanism to ensure that once only one piece of electrode can be taken out. Worker can add electrodes while the machine is running.
1.2 Cathode Taking Mechanical Hand: With double vacuum chunks. The front vacuum chunk takes cathode to the fixed position from material box, then the posterior chunk take the electrode to stacking position.
1.3 Anode Inputting Part: Putting anode electrode in the box by manual, the box has mechanism to ensure that once only one piece of electrode can be taken out. Worker can add electrodes while the machine is running.
1.4 Anode Taking Mechanical Hand: With double vacuum chunks. The front vacuum chunk takes anode to the fixed position from material box, then the posterior chunk take the electrode to stacking position.
1.5 Stacking Part: Serve driving device takes reciprocation between cathode and anode stacking position, mechanical hands put electrodes on the stacking table.
1.6 Separator Unwinding Part: Putting separator roll on the air shaft, gravity mechanism tensions separator. Optical sensor has induction on the edge of separator, and then the leadscrew makes rectification and ensure the trim of separator.
1.7 Winding Part: Winding the stacked core by separator
1.8 Separator Cutting Part: Cutting separator after finishing a core.
1.9 Mechanical Hand for Core: Take the core to winding position from stacking part, and put the core into tape sticking position after winding. At last, the hand puts the core on the conveyor.
1.10 Tape Sticking Part: Sticking the tape on the outside of core to avoid of bale off.
