Product Description

GN-360S is an all-in-one machine that can choose a variety of coating methods to meet the needs of different coating processes. It is mainly used for the surface coating process of lithium battery positive and negative electrodes. It is a small experimental coating equipment. This equipment can realize two coating methods: knife coating and slit extrusion coating by switching the coating mode and coating head assembly. Among them, doctor blade coating; can realize continuous coating function. Slit extrusion coating; slit extrusion die head, slit extrusion die head gasket screw pump feed system and coating valve body can achieve continuous coating gap coating stripe coating grid coating and other types Coating function.

Comma bar coating method
1. Continuously coating is ok, and its with a wider coatingwindow;
2. Use comma bar with precision adjustment mechanism and micrometer to achievethickness adjustment;

Slot die coatingmethod
1. Coating valve cooperating with die gasket, user can achieve continuouscoating,intermittent coating, Strip coating, grip coating, etc;
2. Metering pump feeding, slurry closed operation, user can adjust the feedingamount according to the coating speed;
3. Slot die coating with high coating precision and good coatingconsistency;
