1. Frequently wipe the dirt on the guide post and other moving parts, keep it clean, and add oil to keep the movement smooth.
2. During trial operation of the rolling groove, the battery case must be put in, otherwise the hob may be damaged.
3. When the machine is not used, turn off the power and return the movable template to the initial position. If not used for a long time, apply oil to keep the forming surface of the hob clean and smooth.
4. Frequently check the transmission and other components. If there is any problem, it should be repaired in time. Check whether the air pipe joint is loose and leaking. If there is a leak, the joint or screw should be tightened in time, and the parts should be replaced if necessary.
5. Regularly check the screws, nuts, pins and other fasteners on the machine to prevent loosening and prevent machine quality accidents and personal accidents.
6. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to extend your hands and other parts into the dangerous area of the guide post, hob, and cylinder to cause personal injury. Two or more people are not allowed to operate during operation to avoid accidental injury.
7. If there is dirt on the surface of the knife, wipe and inject oil to keep the forming surface smooth.
