Electrolyte Injection & Vacuum Diffusion for Al Case Battery Prismatic Cell
Equipment Configuration:
1. Battery bracket: 4 brackets. Number of capacitors inside the bracket: 4.
2. Electrolyte injection efficiency: 4 cells/min (reference electrolyte injection quantity is 200g,
specific actual electrolyte injection quantity is different).
3. Completion function: the dry battery is manually put on the bracket, and then placed on the
injection station for positioning, automatically injecting, vacuuming, and absorbing. After the
absorption is completed, it will alarm and wait for removing the battery manually. And then put
other batteries.
4. Requirements for infusion precision: The infusion precision is ±0.5%.
5. The infusion volume shall be adjustable from 0 to 300g (manual operation).
6. The time of vacuum pumping, vacuum degree, number of turns of electrolyte injection pump,
pressure and time of pressure can be set and adjusted.
7. The time of vacuum extraction, vacuum degree, pressure and pressure time can be set and
adjusted on the touch screen. There is an external serial port for remote integrated control.
8. All accessories of the equipment must be corrosion resistant materials.
