Compact & Fast Gas Driven Crimper for CR20XX Series Coin Cells



This equipment is mainly used in laboratory button cell battery materials research and development of sample making, capacitor research sealing, can also be used for small batch trial-produce plant.Configure different mould can also be used to remove the batteries, pole piece tablet, cell powdery cake etc.
It is a auto crimper for various types of coin cells, such as CR2016, CR2025 and CR2032. It is an ideal tool to be operated both inside and outside of a glove box. The pressure applied on coin cells is adjustable in order to meet various sealing requirements.
Standard configuration can be used for 20 series button cell.Also you can change some die parts to seal 16,24,30 series button cell .

Glove Box Compatibility	A KF40 glovebox Feedthrough (with the necessay connector to gas cylinder) is included for connecting an inert gas source to the crimper inside the glove box. A KF40 quick clamp feedthrough & quick clamp is included. Gas inlet: 8mm O.D.  tube fitting Gas outlet: 6mm O.D. tube fitting 12mm O.D. tube to 8mm O.D. adapter is included 3 Tube: 1.5m 8x5mm blue FR-PPR tube,  1.5mm 6x3mm blue FR-PPR tube,  2m 8x5mm clear PU tube.
