1.For nickel tape: connect to anode current collector(copper foil) as polymer battery positive terminal 2.For aluminum tape:Connect to cathode current collector(aluminum foil) as polymer battery positive terminal.
Suggested sealing methode:(parameter below may vary from case to case) -soft type heat-sealing blade(blade with rubber,see TOB-SFZ-200 -Temperature 180-220C For upper/low sealing blade -Sealing pressure;0.5-0.7Mpa -Sealing time:3-5 seconds Adhesive polymer Tape on the tab allows for immediate hot sealing |
