Battery Heated Calendar Machine for Lithium Ion Batteries
This is a precision electric Rolling Speed Adjustable pressing machine with a 96 mm diameter roller. It is an ideal rolling press for adjusting the thickness calendaring the material density of the electrodes in Li-Ion batteries research after coating and drying.
This calendering machine can be used in glove box.
Product Features:
1. Heating rolling, adjustable thermostat temperature control and digital display.
2. Optional with or without heating to work.
3. Roll hardness, and surface hard chrome plated, hardness up to HRC62 and rust.
4. Use the ramp to adjust compression gap, since petty good, high precision adjustment.
5. Rolling high precision cylindrical roller ≤±2um.
6. Small size, easy to operate, flexible and quick.
