GN-AFA-III automatic coater is designed to produce consistent thick film with heating cover. It has an unique driving system to produce smooth coating on all types of materials. The flat vacuum chuck is built in to hold substrate sheet on plate faster and easy, which is particularly useful when coating on thin substrate and make uniform tape casting.One 150mm width micrometer adjustable applicator is included for immediate use. Heating cover with digital temperature controller can dry film after coating up to 200 centigrade with +/-1. This machine is being used for research for ceramic tap casting and Li-Ion battery electrode coating.
