Product Description

The GN-VM-7 Vacuum Mixer is for the mixing of investment and refractory materials, plaster, and duplicating silicone. The vacuum mixing process eliminates air bubbles trapped in the investment materials, which also improves the firmness and compactness. The high quality vacuum pump gives the equipment a longer lifespan. It also features: high degree of vacuum, strong mixing power, built-in vibrator with adjustable vibration power, no air bubbles in investment materials.



GN-VM-7 is designed to produce coating slurry by mixing small batch of chemical and compound (500ml Max) under vacuum to remove gas bubble and protect sample from oxidation. It has build-in pumpwhich can vacuum the mixing container to 0.08Mpa (600 torr) and the step- less mixing speed variatesfrom 0 to 320rpm. The vibration plate is located at the bottom to remove gas bubble before vacuummixing and disperse the slurry after mixing to ensure better uniformity. It is excellentfor preparingbattery electrode paste and various ceramic materials in research lab.
