Structure of laser welder:

Using continuous modulation 1500W fiber laser, fiber core diameter of 50 m, length of 15 meters, energy conversion efficiency of 30%, maintenance free.
2. Optical transmission jitter focusing system,
This unit adopts domestic advanced fiber laser micro special machining welding joint, as shown in the following figure.

The special laser welding working platform adopts cantilever structure with four-axis motion X, Y, Z and U (stroke is 200*200*200 respectively), which can realize planar linkage. The high-precision motion module is driven by servo motor, which has the characteristics of high motion precision, stable operation and simple maintenance. Equipped with optical transmission focusing system, high speed welding can be realized to improve welding efficiency.
