1-) this laser welding machine is used for welding the square aluminum battery shell and the end cover to achieve the function of battery sealing.
The system adopts the way of manual loading and unloading, through the way of rotating the two-station rotary table, saving more loading and unloading time, making rational use, and improving the capacity.
2-) after the battery is input from the rotary plate to the welding station, the laser head moves in a straight line along the housing position driven by the servo motor.Even on the cover plate and shell welded together.
3-) after welding one side, transfer to the other side through the manipulator to weld the other side.
Structure of laser welder:
1.Fiber laser,
Using continuous modulation 1500W fiber laser, fiber core diameter of 50 m, length of 15 meters, energy conversion efficiency of 30%, maintenance free.
2. Optical transmission jitter focusing system,
This unit adopts domestic advanced fiber laser micro special machining welding joint, as shown in the following figure.

4.Special laser welding working platform
The special laser welding working platform adopts cantilever structure with four-axis motion X, Y, Z and U (stroke is 200*200*200 respectively), which can realize planar linkage. The high-precision motion module is driven by servo motor, which has the characteristics of high motion precision, stable operation and simple maintenance. Equipped with optical transmission focusing system, high speed welding can be realized to improve welding efficiency.
