Product Description

The binder is an inactive component in the electrode sheet of the lithium ion battery,and its main function is to connect the eletrode active material,the conductive agent and the electrode current collector,so as to have an overall connectivity between the electrode active material,the conductive agent and the current collector,there by reducing the impedance of the small electrode.

 
According to the dispersion of the binder in the electrode,it can be divided into point type,line type and body type.
Currently commonly used binders are;CMC,PVDF,PTFE,SBR,Aqueous bider LA132/133,BAP-L.
PVDF is a fluorinated semi-crystalline thermoplastic which is obtained by polymerizing . Without any additives, it has the intrinsic stability inherent to fluoropolymers even when exposed to harsh environments.
