2L Double Planetary Vacuum Mixing Machine - Gn-PM-2L
Gn-PM-2L is a Tri-Shaft Planetary Vacuum Mixer with a 2 liter container and PLC Touch Panel Control. Such a vacuum mixer incorporates the unique tri-shaft stirring design to ensure a gas-bubble free blending of complex materials under vacuum with extreme uniformity. Furthermore, an observation window on the mixing tank provides a better way to monitor the entire mixing process. Gn-PM-2L is an excellent tool for preparing LiCoO3, LiFePO4, Phosphorus and ceramic slurries and provides much better results in dispersion and uniformity.
1. Mixing tank
Inner size: Φ 180x170mm(desing volume 3L), barrel clamp, inside
And outside stainless steel(sus304), mirror polish by auto polishing machine, cooling water imports and exports DN12, barrel bottom clamp, barrel with 2 handles
2. Disperse axis sus304:
Roatate speed 0-11000rpm, disperse axis 1 set, bearing German FAG, 2*Φ 35m disperse plate on axis, variable frequency motor 0.75Kw 1pc.
3. Vacuum system
Axis mechanical seal 105-45 1set, 105-25 1 set, 103-16 1set, alloy materials, buffer tank 1 pc, vacuum degree can reach to 14psi, with vauum pump
4. Up barrel sus304
Sight hole 2pcs, light 1pc
Vacuum assembly parts: 1set(vauum meter 1pc, release mouth 1pc, vauum pumping hole 1pc)
Materials feeding mouth 1pc pf DN50 fast opening type.
