It is a compact crimper driven by compressed gas or air for various types of coin cells such as CR2016, CR2025, and CR2032. It provides more accurate pressure control to achieve high-quality crimping with better consistency, repeatability, and faster speed. Such a device is 1000 grade clean room compatible and it will satisfy the most demanding battery assembling environment. In contrast to the hydraulic crimper, gas driven crimper is not going to contaminate glove box or clean room.
1)The inner ring of the upper mold sealing cup is provided with a screw spring top center mechanism to ensure that the battery can not be removed when the battery is sealed. Just twist the top screw to force the button battery out.
2)Compressed air or inert gas cylinders are supplied in two ways. The external exhaust of compressed air can prevent the atmosphere of the glove box from being damaged.
3)Precise mold design ensures accurate and reliable sealing forming, firm steel structure design, stable and safe use.
4)Small size, easy to operate, can be placed in the glove box (Φ360 transition chamber).
5)Pure pneumatic operation, no need to use electricity, easy to use.
