Electrode resistance (conductivity) can significantly affect the basic performance of the battery, not only the power performance (internal resistance) of a thousand batteries, but also affect the reliability and safety performance of the battery. By measuring the electrode resistance, it is possible to better evaluate the performance of the electronic conductive network or the uniformity of the electrode microstructure in the electrode production process, thereby helping us to study and improve the compound electrode formula and the control parameters of the mixing, coating and rolling process. In the composite electrode, the main factors that affect the electronic conductivity are: the interface resistance between the coating and the conductive material, the distribution of the conductive agent, the inherent resistance of the active material, and the contact area between the particles.
