I.Equipment description:

1.Equipment function: Used in the rolling process of lithium-ion battery electrode  production to realize the continuous rolling production of battery electrode  coils and meet the specifications and quality required by the battery electrode process;

2.Equipment composition: mainly includes unwinding device, belt connecting device, edge cutting device, dust removal device, heating roller press, rewinding device, hydraulic system, drive control system, roll changing device, etc.
 
Heating roller press 1. Structure: vertical heating rollers arranged up and down horizontally
2. Frame: "mouth" shaped integral casting frame
3. Bearing seat: Cast 45# steel, equipped with cooling water channels and lubricating oil holes
4. Base: integral welded base
5. Main bearing: Four-row cylindrical roller bearings for rolling mills, filled with high temperature grease
6. Roll size: φ300*400mm
7. Effective use width: ≥300mm
8. Roll material: 9Cr3Mo (electroslag remelting)
9. Roll surface hardness: HSD90-95 (according to the hardness inspection report)
10. Depth of quenching layer on roll surface: ≥8mm, roll quenching and tempering HB280-300
11. Special treatment of the roller surface: chrome-plated roller surface, the thickness of the coating layer is 0.08-0.12mm

20. Roll gap adjustment form: touch screen setting, servo motor drives wedge iron adjustment through reducer and ball screw

22. Drive: the reducer drives the roll to rotate through gear transmission
