This equipment is mainly driven by motor,After putting the battery in the mold, click the start button, and the lower mold automatically rises,When the pressure reaches the set pressure, the lower die rises automatically.In the process, the battery sealing is formed. This crimping machine mainly uses for sample making of coin cell in lab battery materials research, capacitor research sealing and can also be used in the factory less batch trial production. Different molds can also be used for dry powder pressing, wet powder pressing, nickel foam pressing, pressing molding, riveting and so on.
The standard seal mold can be used to seal a series of button batteries with a diameter of 20 mm CR2016,CR2025,CR2032. After replacement of mold fittings, other diameter of button batteries (such as CR2450,CR1620) can be sealed.Disassembling mold is optional. It is used to disassemble the positive and negative battery cases after sealing ,to study and analyze the sample uptake of the inner material of the battery.
